Our Response To COVID-19

This rapidly evolving coronavirus (COVID-19) has imposed and unsetting, fluid situation upon our community and it's businesses.

While the team here still aims to maintain a "business as usual" approach, we re making a number of significant changes

to our operations to account for that is far from normal.

We are closely monitoring guidelines provided by the UK Government and Public Health England

so that we continue to react in an informed, thoughtful and appropriate manner.

In order to reduce social contact our office staff are working from home.

Our workshop is still operational and staffed and we've implemented a number of measures to reduce social contact, increase hand washing and split up shifts to

help reduce any chances of contracting the virus.

As such we expect to continue and have further contingency plans for temporary staffing if the situation becomes worse.

We are also receiving daily updates from our delivery partner, Royal Mail of whom have numerous contingency plans and operational changes to make sure they can

still provide a full service.  Royal Mail do not require you to sign for a package at the moment and can sign on your behalf in order to reduce contact with any 

customers and hence can still deliver to customers in isolation.
